Sometimes a great smoothie recipe comes together when you toss together what is left in your fridge and hope it comes out alright. This is one of those recipes and although a sponteaneous one, this strawberry mango smoothie has become a personal favorite.
What you need
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 cup of mangoes
- 1/2 cup of plain greek yougurt
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- Almond (for topping)
- Honey (for topping)
Combine strawberries, mangoes, greek yogurt and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a bowl, top with almond and drizzle of honey.
